The article discusses the role of relationship between productivity and the ability of an organization to foster growth on high-quality workforce. It relates on the scarcity of talents and leadership that result from changes in the complexities of business and expectations of employees, hence, the need to improve business performance, increased workforce productivity and development in individual employee competencies are viewed to change learning management. Moreover, it asserts on the role of chief learning officers (CLO) and human resource (HR) executives together to work with business and develop a learning strategy with the integration on the talent and organizational gap.
